All garments are designed and handmade with care in Toronto. Everything is make-to-order and production takes between 2-4 weeks (depending on the garment).

Please allow 2 business days for processing all orders. Once your order has been processed, production of your garment will begin.

Once shipped:

Canada

Regular: 3-9 business days

Express: 2-3 business days

At Kyria, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of each piece. All of our garments are handmade and made-to-order with care and attention to detail.

We offer refunds within 10 days of purchase on unworn, unaltered items in their original condition and packaging. To request a refund, please contact us at hello@kyriabride.com within 10 days of your purchase date. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the item.

• We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit beyond this window.
• Kyria is not responsible for any lost or missing items, and we cannot refund items that are not returned to us.
• Shipping items back are the responsibility of the customer.
