All garments are designed and handmade with care in Toronto. Everything is make-to-order and production time varies depending on the garment. Please check each product page for specific leadtimes.

Please allow 2 business days for processing all orders. Once your order has been processed, production of your garment will begin. To check how long production will take, please review the timelines on each product page. Note that all items are make-to-order and at a minimum, take 3 weeks, with some products taking longer.

Express: 1-2 business days

USA 

Regular: 4-8 business days

At Kyria, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of each piece. All of our garments are handmade and made-to-order with care and attention to detail.

We offer refunds within 10 days of delivery unless marked final sale, on unworn, unaltered items in their original condition and packaging. To request a refund, please contact us at hello@kyriabride.com within 10 days of your delivery date. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the item. 

Custom orders are final sale.

• Kyria is not responsible for any lost or missing items, and we cannot refund items that are not returned to us.
• Shipping items back are the responsibility of the customer.
